The green-eyed wadie-platts were a species native to Nim Drovis, a planet located in the Meridian sector of the Outer Rim Territories. They had green eyes, which they blinked; these orbs glowed in the dark. The wadie-platts occupied the swamps and marshes of Nim Drovis. In 13 ABY, when the droids C-3PO and R2-D2 arrived on the planet along with the starship captain Bortrek, their landing pad was surrounded by swamps filled with wadie-platts, gulpers and marsh-gunnies.^[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

The green-eyed wadie-platts were created by Barbara Hambly for her novel, Planet of Twilight, published by Bantam Spectra in 1997. They were later mentioned in the Nim Drovis entry in the Star Wars Encyclopedia and The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia.
