Green Wing was an Aurek-class tactical strikefighter squadron that was part of the Republic Navy. The starfighter unit flew with Admiral Forn Dodonna's strike force in the Battle of Rakata Prime in 3,956 BBY. This squadron opened a breach in the Sith lines—further reinforced by Red Wing—that allowed other forces to strike at the Star Forge itself, destroying the space station at the end of the battle.
