Greg Proops (born October 3, 1959), best known for his improvisational comedy, was the voice of Fode in The Phantom Menace and Star Wars: Episode I Racer. Proops also voiced the character of Tal Merrik in The Clone Wars Season Two. He currently works with Yahoo! News and hosts a podcast called The Smartest Man in the World.
