Grey Squad was a clone trooper unit of the Grand Army of the Republic. They were on a mission on the volcanic world of Mustafar when they received the order to execute Order 66 and immediately turned on the Jedi Knight in command of the squad. The Jedi was able to elude the clones' attack and fled, but the unit kept tracking him. It is unknown whether they succeeded in their hunt for the Jedi Knight.

Grey Squad was mentioned in the video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplier online-role playing game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.
