Gror Pernon was a male Human who was the brother of Emperor Antbbianplourr III of Eiattu 6 and the grand uncle of Plourr Ilo. He was a member of the Priamsta and served as the Grand Duke. It was likely that his son was Count Rial Pernon. While he supported the coup against his nephew Uthorrferrell Cartha, he was unaware that they intended to murder the Royal Family.

He encouraged Plourr to return to Eiattu with Rogue Squadron and take the throne following the appearance of the impostor prince Harran. This would seem to imply that he had renounced his rights to the throne.
