A ground-effect vehicle was a vehicle that used ground effect to ride on a cushion of air, and travelled close to the surface of a planet. The system employed a series of spinning impellers to levitate the vehicle, creating a "ground effect".

Schenor reaction cars were ground effect vehicles.
