According to the glossary in Star Wars: Legacy 38: Tatooine, Part 2, "gusha" means lucky in Huttese. This would mean that the bartender's name is "Lucky" (a possible reference to rabbits' feet being thought to be lucky) and that his cantina is named "Lucky's Luck."
