Haako was a Chadra-Fan and a long-time inhabitant of the Wheel by 137 ABY. He kept no strict allegiance to any faction and worked for everyone who offered him money at a given time. He worked for Jor Torlin, a Sith adept and agent of Sith Intelligence and Assassination during his hunt for Cade Skywalker, confirming that Cade was seen onboard the station.
