History

The Harbinger was the flagship of fleet elements under the command of the veteran General Garm Bel Iblis, during the period following the Fall of Coruscant to the Battle of Mon Calamari and the Battle of Corulag. The warship, along with much of Bel Iblis's forces, was stationed at Tallaan.
During the Battle of Mon Calamari, the Harbinger, along with the Star Dreadnought Guardian and the Star Defender Viscount, fired their heavy long-range weapons into the center of a Yuuzhan Vong armada.
Behind the scenesEdit
The class of the Harbinger is never stated in the New Jedi Order series, though there is some speculation that the vessel may be a large variant akin to either the Viscount-class Star Defender or the Mediator-class battle cruiser. This speculation is due to the fact that the vessel was put as part of a trio of warships armed with heavy, long-range weapons, there is some evidence to support this theory.
