Harc Seff was an Ishi Tib accountant for Jabba Desilijic Tiure. He was an experienced administrator and a freelance consultant. Harc Seff worked for many planetary governors prior to coming to Tatooine. He knew how to use any taxation scheme in the best interest of his client.
Behind the scenes
Harc Seff is a blue-robed Ishi Tib visible in Jabba's Palace. An image posted on the StarWars.com website during production of the prequel trilogy depicted Harc Seff standing with Rystáll and Lyn Me, establishing that he was created specifically for the Special Edition re-release of Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi.
Harc Seff was first named through the Decipher, Inc. Star Wars Customizable Card Game. According to a Star Wars CCG fan site, Seff was named as an anagram of Decipher employee Mark Schaffer.[1]
