Captain Hark'r of the Alliance Fleet was a Noehon tasked with the command of Homebase. Once a merchant, he ran across Homebase and was captured. While his captors thought he was a pirate, Lens Reekeene decided that he wasn't a threat. In order to ensure that Hark'r loyalty, Reekeene offered Hark'r a chance to stay on Homebase and become part of the crew; an offer Hark'r couldn't refuse.
