Biography
She may have been one of the original twelve students at Luke Skywalker's Jedi Praxeum on Yavin 4.
Behind the scenes
In The Jedi Academy Sourcebook, Harlan was an "example PC character" for illustrative purposes. On the Star Wars Message Boards, Leland Chee has stated that "I don't believe she was intended to be an actual in-universe character."[1] She is included in the Wookieepedia for completeness.
