Harris was a male Duros major of the Galactic Republic living during the Galactic War. Around 3641 BBY Harris was in command of the Ninety-fourth Supply Division and was stationed at the Meltwater Outpost in the High Security Section on Belsavis. He asked a Republic agent in the area to eliminate the escaped Rattataki prisoners that have been making hit-and-run assaults on the Republic forces.[1]
