The Naboo city of Harte Secur just before the attack of OOM-9 and his forces.

Harte Secur was a city on Naboo, best known for its research center and airbase.

During the Trade Federation assault, the Naboo had stolen the droid control program of OOM-14 disarming his battalion, taking the control program to the research center at Harte Secur. OOM-9 with a Neimoidian technician reclaimed the program and reinitiated OOM-14's army. Together they conquered the city and constructed Camp 6.

The camp was later attacked by Boss Nass's forces and Harte Secur was liberated prior to the Battle of Grassy Plains.
