The Haserians were a sentient species,[1] native to the Haseria system in the Mid Rim.[2][3] In 19 BBY, a group of young Coruscanti Haserians played a game of shockball against a group of similar aged Rodians. The game attracted a large crowd, which included Jax Pavan, Dejah Duare and I-5YQ.[1]
Behind the scenes
Edit
The Haserians were created by Michael Reaves and were mentioned in passing in his novel Coruscant Nights II: Street of Shadows, published by Del Rey in 2008. They were given a home star system in 2009's The Essential Atlas.

Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. Haseria appears to be one such case.
