Hat Lo was a self-proclaimed criminal lord on Coruscant during the last days of the Galactic Republic. Although he liked to think of himself as the largest crimelord on the planet, he was in reality nothing more than an errand-boy for increasingly-irritated Hutt criminals.
His longterm consort was Ayy Vida and he employed Tas Kee as a bodyguard.
Hat Lo did business with many people, including Boba Fett.
