"Hawkeye" was the nickname of a clone trooper who went on a scouting mission to find the missing clone troopers on Malastare, after a sink hole opened up as a result of an electro-proton bomb explosion. He accompanied Jedi General Mace Windu to locate something on the sink hole floor that had attacked some of his fellow troopers. Once they had found the troopers, Mace called him, along with fellow trooper Trapper and Clone Commander Ponds to further investigate what could have caused the sinkhole. They climbed upon the beast not knowing what they were standing on, and when the beast awoke, they ran to the gunships. Although Windu and Ponds made it to safety, Trapper was killed.

Behind the scenes
Edit
Dee Bradley Baker voiced Hawkeye, like every clone in The Clone Wars TV series.
Hawkeye's name is a nod to the well-known character, "Hawkeye" Pierce, from the television sitcom M*A*S*H which aired in the 1970s through early 80s.[1]
