Haynes Shandar was the co-pilot of Captain Scarlet Bloodhawks ship, the Capri Nitari. The two were known to have made the Kessel Run at least once, and spent some time bar-hopping afterward on the planet Mandrine, where Haynes frequented a bar called Maizie's.
