• Diktat, former head of state of Corellia.
• Galactic Emperor or Galactic Empress, ruler of the Galactic Empire, the New Galactic Empire, and the Fel Empire.
• First Secretary, Chief Councilor of the Bothan Council.
• Grand Protector, leader of Rodia and the Rodian species.
• Head of State, leader of Confederacy of Independent Systems and also the Imperial Remnant.
• Chief of State, leader of Corellia
• Khedive, leader of Sluis Van.

Many Heads of Government, such as Supreme Chancellor, were considered head of state by virtue of being the highest ranking office.
