The Healing Chambers within the Sith Temple on Korriban were used by the One Sith as of 137 ABY. It was here that Darth Krayt's Hands, Darth Stryfe and Darth Talon, were placed in bacta tanks after their defeat at the Battle on Had Abbadon.
