The Heavy Armored Assault Tank was a model of tank used by the Trade Federation. It was the successor of the Armored Assault Tank. The Heavy AAT saw use throughout the Invasion of Naboo as heavy tanks for the Trade Federation along with its smaller cousins and predecessors.

Heavy AAT featured superior firepower and durability than the AAT.

HistoryEdit

OOM-9 used a Heavy Armored Assault Tank to capture several Naboo Cities like Parrlay, New Centrif, Vis and Harte Secur during the Invasion of Naboo.

The Heavy AAT also saw action during the Liberation of Spinnaker and Liberation of Harte Secur, (along with AATs), where these tanks were very effective against the Gungan units, destroying many of them, but, also many Heavy AATs were destroyed by the Gungan Grand Army.

Behind the scenesEdit

In Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds, OOM-9 uses a Heavy AAT during the Sieges of Naboo and First Battle of Harte Secur, but, during the Battle of Grassy Plains, he uses a standard AAT.
