The Helmet of Fourteen Confusions was a ceremonial headgear worn on occasion by botanist Eban. According to the journalist Dyslogia Twang, wearing the Helmet would improve one's good looks but also had a side-effect; wearers of this headgear would break into impromptu speeches written in the 41st eon as they passed through radar detectors.
