Herron Morvis was an influential economist during the Restoration period and the Mandalorian Wars. In 3,985 BBY, he authored the Coruscant Financial Exchange Establishment Act which helped the Galactic Republic rebuild its infrastructure following the devastation caused by the Great Sith War. Once he had successfully established the Coruscant Financial Exchange, he served as the organization's director.

His wife was the Senator from Chandrila and his son was Commander Dallan Morvis of the Republic Navy.
