During the Sacking of Coruscant, a squad of Imperial soldiers was assigned to the first wave of shuttles landing on Coruscant.[1]
Comprised of soldiers, including the young Hesker who had yet to participate in any battles, the Imperial Army group was intended only as dispensable men tasked in diverting initial fire from the Galactic Republic. However, the squad member Hesker refused to become mere cannon fodder, and so the Human took charge of the squad, leading the Imperial soldiers to break the defense lines of the Republic, thereby enabling the Sith Empire to turn the battle into a rout.[1]
