Hidu Rezodar was a gangster from Phaeda who imprisoned bounty hunter Sintas Vel in carbonite. Rezodar was killed shortly after Sintas' imprisonment, and the slab of carbonite containing Sintas Vel was held in storage by Phaedan authorities for almost forty years.
