High Moff

High Moff was originally a self-aggrandizing title taken by Imperial warlords during the chaos following the Battle of Endor.
By 40 ABY, the High Moff was used as title of the ranking member of the Council of Moffs, especially after Grand Admiral Pellaeon's death, as the Head of State of the Imperial Remnant, as well as (presumably) the Supreme Commander of the Imperial Forces.
By 130 ABY, it was used to designate the ranking member of the Moff High Council of the Fel and Sith Empires. Morlish Veed, who also held the rank of Grand Moff at the time, was given the title following his victory at the Battle of Caamas.
