High Squibbian Law prevented the Squib king from using any of the junk hanging from his royal costume.

High Squibbian Law was the traditional legal system of the Squib species.^[1] One of its strictures was that possession was nine-hundred-and-ninety-nine-one-thousandths of the law.^[2] Another mandated that the king of the Squib Polyanarchy could carry no possessions but the junk hanging from his regal outfit but could use none of it.^[1]
