The Highland Green Washeteria was a laundromat-cum-eatery on the north side of Pelek Baw, the capital city of Haruun Kal. It was a cover for Republic Intelligence; its owner, Phloremirlla Tenk, and five of its 37 employees, were undercover Intelligence agents.

It was made from white tiles with black grout. Possible modifications included durasteel blast shutters. During the Battle of Pelek Baw, the Balawai militia used it as a headquarters.
