A Ho'Din-style veggie omelet was a dish made from vegetables[1] and eggs[2] that was a breakfast food. The omelette was made in the style of the Ho'Din,[1] a nature-loving species known as master botanists.[4] The veggie omelets were served in Dex's Diner, a restaurant located in CoCo Town on the galactic capital planet Coruscant, prior[1] to the diner's destruction in 19 BBY.[3] At some point before that date, Dexter Jettster, the Besalisk owner of the diner, served Ho'Din-style veggie omelets as the number five breakfast Pantoran plate special for 5.5 credits.[1]

- ↑ 2.0 2.1 While Dining at Dex's does not say that the Ho'Din-style veggie omelet is made from eggs, the source confirms that the "Gartro egg omelet" is made of eggs. Since the Gartro egg omelet is called a basic omelet, it can be inferred that the Ho'Din-style veggie omelet is also made from eggs.
