Hoche Trit

Hoche Trit was a Jedi Master of the Galactic Republic who survived the war the Jedi engaged in with the Sith Brotherhood of Darkness. Additionally, Master Trit was known for his observation of Jedi and external loyalties with his statement,
- "A Jedi is a Jedi, first, foremost, and only. For a Jedi to divide his attention between the will of the Force and the will of others is to invite disaster."
Master Hoche Trit's words helped explain the Jedi Order's severe discouragement of a Jedi forming relationships, accepting gifts, or taking a political appointment.
