In his report, Davenbay plays a response by Vice Chairman Mas Amedda to the Galactic Senate about the recent poll, with Amedda blaming the Senate for Palpatine's loss in popularity. Davenbay also notes that the Senate's approval rating is holding steady at 31%.[1]
