Hoolidan Keggle was the Duros Chief Representative Officer of Jyvus Space City during the Clone Wars.
Biography

Keggle, a noted scholar, criticized TriPlanetary Press and the Encyclopedia Galactica for marking the Neimoidians as merely Duros, pointing out physical, genetic, and cultural differences.
During the Battle of Duro, Keggle fled to the surface of Duro after the attack on Jyvus. General Grievous located Keggle and "negotiated" Duro's entry into the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
