A hoversled was a type of repulsorlift transportation. Twenty-four years after the formation of the New Republic, Senator Ransolm Casterfo unwittingly ruined Princess Leia Organa's sting operation of Rinnrivin Di's cartel when he attempted to "rescue" her in a hoversled.[1]
