Hoxie was an Ankura Gungan who was Boss of Otoh Raban[1] in approximately 3,000 BBY.[2] He was kidnapped by the warlord Rogoe, but was freed by Boss Gallo; together they joined forces against Rogoe in the Battle of Spearhead.[1]

Hoxie appears in the second mission of the Gungan campaign in the 2001 video game Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds. The game was also included in its 2002 expansion pack Clone Campaigns.
