Admiral Hupsquoch was an officer in the Republic Navy during the Clone Wars. He was the commanding officer of the Republic fleet under Jedi Master Nejaa Halcyon sent to the Battle of Praesitlyn. When Master Halcyon went planetside, Hupsquoch was ordered to destroy the Intergalactic Communications Center in order to keep it out of CIS hands.
