Hurati was a male captain in the service of Ghez Hokan on Qiilura. Unlike many of the other subordinates under the command of Ghez Hokan, Hurati was much more disciplined and bore a military manner that Hokan appreciated. At some point, Hokan promoted Hurati to captain, outranking the less than efficient Pir Cuvin. On Hokan's command, he chased after RC-1136, RC-3222, and Etain Tur-Mukan. He nearly killed RC-3222 after shooting him with a Verpine projectile. He was killed when RC-1136 shot him in the head.
