Hurkk was an Imperial Admiral who commanded the Imperial forces in the Battle of Oovo IV. He was furious that the Rebel Alliance were using Nebulon-B frigates, originally designed for use by the Imperial Navy to protect convoys from Rebel starfighter actions.
