Hutt Cartel Security was a security force for the Hutt Cartel on Nar Shaddaa. It was made up of several security forces including members of the Bareesh Clan Security and the Labor Alliance Security.

Though it was charged with maintaining security on the planet, it did so only in certain areas including the spaceport and the tourist area of Nar Shaddaa's red light district. During the Cold War, it was responsible for maintaining peace between the Republic and Imperial factions in the Promenade district which was a neutral designated zone.

They utilized speeders with flashing red and white lights to patrol Nar Shaddaa.
