Huttese writing system
Huttese had its own writing system. Podracers bore Huttese writing, as well as their displays.
Glyphs that could be Huttese could be seen on the archways of Jabba's Palace, and throughout Coruscant and Nar Shaddaa.[1]
Behind the scenes
Edit
It is possible the Huttese poster in Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy (see picture) was written mistakenly in mirror image, which would lead speculation that the Huttese font at http://www.geocities.comis canon. When read according to the site's font, the poster reads at the top "BALE", and underneath "RANCOR".
The Star Wars Podracer bed sheets contain Huttese glyphs on the back.
The glyphs on the archways in Jabba's Palace are not recognizable by the Nal-Huttese font at geocities.com, but the font only contains letters A-S, so there still is evidence of there perhaps being canon Huttese decorated on these archways. (Note that only few of the glyphs are decipherable, so there is a possibility of there being more glyphs that transcode with the "Huttese font").
Also, the Huttese font corresponds with the "3...2...1..." at the beginning of a race in Star Wars: Episode I Racer.
Conspicuously, the language stub picture on Wookieepedia agrees with a mirrored version of the font on Nar Kreeta poster, and the geocities.com Huttese font.
In Star Wars: The Old Republic, some glyphs on planet Coruscant are consistent with spelling the phrases "Black Sun" and "The sun shall rise".
