The Idiot's Array was a corvette owned by smuggler chief and information broker, Talon Karrde. Its name referred to a hand in the card game sabacc.

The Idiot's Array was used to ferry the children and Tionne from the Jedi Praxeum while it was under attack by the Peace Brigade, to Coruscant for the duration of the following battle.

The vessel was destroyed during the Battle of the Jedi Praxeum over Yavin during the Yuuzhan Vong War, it was hit but before the reactor went critical it was put on autopilot and smashed into a Yuuzhan Vong ship. The crew, including Karrde's second-in-command, Shada D'ukal, got to the escape pods in time and were discovered by Corran Horn. They were taken to the Errant Venture and finally returned to the Wild Karrde.
