Iego angel food cake was a type of cake named for the Diathim species from the moons of the planet Iego. It was served at Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant. The Besalisk cook and owner, Dexter Jettster, found the best way to get the cake so 'fluffy' was to use an antigrav whisk and a lot of patience. The dish cost 2.7 cedits.
