Imbraani was the capital of Qiilura.
After the Confederacy of Independent Systems took over Imbraani, they stationed both a research facility and a villa for the Neimoidian Lik Ankkit there. Ghez Hokan used the Neimoidian's villa to store battle droids. The research facility was eventually infiltrated by Omega Squad. Imbraani and Qiilura would eventually be abandoned by the Human colonists as the need for the Gurlanins was in more demand by the Galactic Republic than Human colonization of Qiilura. A group of farmers who stayed behind tried to fight to keep their homes but were eventually removed after suffering a few casualties.
