An Imperial Airbase was a facility that launched and prepared all starfighters and/or small-scale transport owned by the Galactic Empire.

It possessed a control tower, as well as a landing pad, a hangar bay, and a building of unknown purpose to the top left side. Next to the hangar bay are several spare wings for the Empire's TIE/IN interceptors.

Such airbases deployed Sentinel-class landing crafts, TIE/sa bombers, TIE Heavy Bombers, TIE Interdictors, TIE/LN starfighters, TIE/In interceptors, and TIE/D Defenders.
