Imperial Code of Military Conduct

The Imperial Code of Military Conduct supervised the smooth running of the Imperial Navy and Imperial Army of the Sith Empire through out the Great Galactic War and the Cold War

Article 27-A defined the lawful transfer of command of Imperial Transport should something happen to the captain; Command would transfur to the executive officer along with promotion to captain. It is unknown if if the same article is used for larger Imperial ships.
