The Imperial Correction Service was an Imperial organization that served the Galactic Empire to supervise and correct imperfections in certain Imperial regions. The Regional directors were part of this organization.

In 1 BBY, the Imperial Correction Service prison barge Purge became infected with a deadly virus while enroute to the detainment moon Gradient Seven, killing almost all of the crew and inmates.
