This governor was the Governor of Dathomir. He captured Silri and broadcast news of her imprisonment world wide in a failed attempt to demoralize the Nightsisters. After Urai Fen and Tyber Zann came to Dathomir they freed Silri and after a long battle his fortress was destroyed. He unsuccessfully tried to convince Sirli to let him live, as the female warrior killed him.
