Imperial Liaisons were Imperial officers sent to partner with local planetary law enforcements. Their purpose was to advise their local counterparts and not to give orders, though it was not generally followed by all liaisons.
Kirtan Loor was the liaison officer for Corran Horn's division in Corsec.
