The Imperial Liaison Officer of Sentientology Studies was a position within the bureaucracy of the Galactic Empire. During the Galactic Civil War, Major Vontenn served in this post. In this capacity, Vontenn corresponded with the sentientologist Obo Rin as that man researched and wrote his Catalog of Intelligent Life in the Galaxy.^[1]
