The Imperial Military Code supervised the running of the Imperial Military and its soldiers.
Section 12-C defined capital offenses, which included incitement to mutiny, participation in mutiny, concealing mutineers or evidence of mutiny or planned mutiny and concealing saboteurs or evidence of sabotage or planned sabotage.
