An Imperial Species Preservation Zone was an area designated by the Galactic Empire for the preservation of a certain species. Planets falling under the authorization of this edict were considered restricted to civilian travel.

HistoryEdit

The planet Dar'Or was declared an Imperial Species Preservation Zone shortly after it was conquered by the Empire prior to the Battle of Yavin.^[1] Creatures under protection of this act included the winged Ri'Dar, the predatorial indola, and the avian elix.
